for Third Annual BOTOX® and Bling: a Breast Cancer Fundraiser
Proceeds Benefit the Breast Cancer 3-Day |

| (Fort Worth, TX) – Fort Worth plastic and cosmetic surgeon Richard T. Ethridge, M.D., P.A. is joining forces with Fort Worth’s Dean Kingston, Merrick Jewels, and Blue Eye Brown Eye to host the third annual BOTOX® and Bling for Breast Cancer fundraising celebration on Thursday, September 29, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dean Kingston, 821 Foch Street, on the east end of the West Seventh shopping corridor in Fort Worth. |

| A percentage of the proceeds will support the Breast Cancer 3-Day, a 60-mile walk scheduled for November 4 through 6, 2011 in Dallas/Fort Worth to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. |

| BOTOX® and Bling for Breast Cancer is free and open to the public, but reservations are required by calling Ethridge Plastic Surgery at (817) 921-5566. |

| To support the cause, Dr. Ethridge will offer vouchers for BOTOX® and i-Lipo™ at a reduced rate, along with other specials, gifts, refreshments, and entertainment. Available for purchase exclusively at the event, BOTOX® vouchers will be only $10 per unit (regularly $15/per unit) and i-Lipo™ package vouchers will be $1,300 with vacuum (regularly $1,500) and $1,000 without vacuum (regularly $1,200). Typical BOTOX® treatments utilize 10 to 40 units per treatment area. i-Lipo™ is the latest in non-invasive laser liposuction. i-Lipo™ packages include seven sessions. All vouchers must be purchased at the event and redeemed at Ethridge Plastic Surgery within one year. |

| In addition, guests who, at the time of the event, book a future cosmetic procedure consultation with Dr. Ethridge will receive 10 percent off surgeon’s fees for their procedure; for each, Dr. Ethridge will also donate an additional 10 percent to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. |

| Providing the event venue this year is Dean Kingston, located at the east edge of Fort Worth’s West Seventh shopping corridor. With 4,000-square feet of contemporary men and women’s clothing, the boutique, owned by Stacie Poynor, invites guests to shop during the event and see a portion of the proceeds donated to the Breast Cancer 3-Day®.
